booking reference number

There has been a booking at our property which is called Coniston view lodge , the booking has been made for 2 nights ! our property is minimum 3 night booking , I did talk to someone last week and they were meant to be ringing me back to let me know whats happening regarding the booking, they will have to change to 3 nights or cancel booking !

please can you get back to me asap to sort out this problem
