What to do if guests after booking in check-in time change his mind and cancel booking?

  • so as long as its just the guest being difficult and unreasonalbe ,
    AND
    the rate is NON Refundable, and they have prepaid, then they will not be refunded.
  • if they didnt prepay then there is nothing to claim unless you can collect before they leave
  • but if there is a genuine reason like something actualy wrong or bad like a leak , wet bed etc then i would
