The booking scam

I have been claiming late booking payments for 2 months, nobody has given me a solution until today. My surprise was that today they paid me some things but the system tells me that there is an error in the bank details of several invoices that add up to a total of approximately 11,000 euros. I only use a bank account, some are paid and others are not, there is no bank account error otherwise the money would not arrive from any apartment, however they only send some yes and others not, obviously it is a booking scam to delay payments because they are either bankrupt or with red numbers and they make us these types of games `to waste our time. I send you the captures so that you can see that some are paid and others are not and thus they wear us out. I want to make public to all of you the operation of this company so that you know that sooner or later it will be your turn to be victims of this as I have been since November. dear brookave, a misunderstanding is to make a delay, someone from finance calls you and it takes a while to solve a problem. But the fact that they don't pay you in 4 months and no one from finance calls you to solve it is not a misunderstanding, nor an unfortunate succession of events, that is being a bad professional, booking lives on our capital, on our investments, we pay the salaries , we have mortgages etc. Booking only has to have a good website and serve us correctly and politely, since I pay them more than 3,000 euros per month.

 As I have been explaining in other posts, Booking takes me a long time without paying, currently it owes me 12,827.48 euros or what is the same, about $15,000. No matter how much I write and write, call and call, nobody solves anything for me, with the hope that the other hosts are up to date with the fraud that Booking exercises with some of us and their lack of respect towards us by not attending to anyone from the finance department, I enclose screenshots of how things are going today, the day they promised me for the 15th time that they would pay me without a doubt today, Thursday. (yet another lie).

Como he ido explicando en otros posts Booking llevo mucho tiempo sin pagar, actualmente me debe 12.827,48 euros o lo que es lo mismo unos 15.000$. Por mucho que escribo y escribo, llamo y llamo, nadie me soluciona nada, con la esperanza de que los demás anfitriones estén al día con el fraude que ejerce Booking con algunos de nosotros y su falta de respeto hacia nosotros al no atender a cualquier persona del departamento de finanzas, le adjunto capturas de pantalla de cómo van las cosas hoy, el día que me prometieron por 15ª vez que me pagarían sin dudar hoy, jueves. (otra mentira más)

I also take this opportunity to advise collaborators to choose direct payment methods, without depending on Booking, since this company is not serious about payments and sooner or later you will find yourself in a situation as dire as mine, with salaries to pay, mortgages. .. and without charging for the services provided and without even having a phone call from the department in charge of the matter to find a solution. I advise you to go to payment methods and stop charging directly for booking and charge customers directly either by paypal or bank transfer or tpv so that they do not put the bankruptcy of your business at risk.

Aprovecho también para aconsejar a los colaboradores que elijan formas de pago directas, sin depender de Booking ya que esta empresa no es seria con los pagos y tarde o temprano os encontrareis en una situación tan nefasta como la mia, con sueldos que pagar, hipotecas... y sin cobrar los servicios prestados y sin ni siquiera tener una llamada de telefono por parte del departamento encargado del asunto para buscar una solución. Os aconsejo que vayais a formas de pago y dejeis de cobrar directamente por booking y les cobreis a los clientes directamente ya sea por paypal o transferencia bancaria o tpv con el fin de que no pongan en riesgo la quiebra de vuestro negocio.

You and I are in a similar situation...
Bucking owes us $8000 and is not going to pay. 
I already got to a direct contact with the finance department, they provided a lot of information, but now they are blaming it all on Stripe.
I'm getting really tired of calling them and the platform bucking is extremely frustrating for me. It's very unkind to the partners. We are committed to continuing to host without getting paid for it. We have been waiting for 3 months and for the last month they have been consoling us with tales of long stripe response time. 
Terrible attitude of the service to the partners.
I call every day several times. I will call them every 10 minutes if necessary. 
I'm looking for a way to get information to higher management so they can fine tune their finance department

When you call, the telephone operators can't do anything, they refer you to that department that never answers or contacts you. The best option is to raise the price in booking and lower it in airbnb or Vrbo to get more clients from there and less from here and thus reduce the billing of this provider. Most of the clients when they see your apartment then go to google and compare prices, if your price is lower on the other platform you will get a higher % of your billing from the platform than if they pay you on time. I also advise you to make your own website with the price without the commission of these scammers, you will see that over time you will obtain a higher % of direct reservations than you will charge at the time of reservation directly (in advance) without falling into the error of try to attract clients to the platform, which would be dishonorable and not worth it. Simply have some business cards in your apartment for those who want to come back with the link to your direct website, and let the same customers, when comparing prices, come more and more through the other platforms. and for the rest the only solution is to hire lawyers, I've been here for 5 months and it hasn't been solved, I don't think it will be solved in the future now. you have to assume that this company is not serious, and it works this way and they do not respect the collaborators

Hello, I'm sorry you are having problems with payments. Frankly, I switched to booking payments on the recommendation of a friend. However, I have never heard of such a problem, neither from him nor from anyone else. Your looking like seems a system related problem.. Because we see it as a "payout issued" on the payments page, right after the day on which the payment should be made. It seems that your transactions are stuck as payout processing. And I think there might be a reason for that. First of all, I strongly recommend that you make sure that your bank account information is entered correctly and that you change your bank account information.

Also, after you had a problem with your first payment, I couldn't understand why you keep getting reservations through Bdc.
