Booking.com has closer my lodge


I am in french polynesia. 2 days ago I received few mails from the site that sais that booking.com has closed my account (non bookable bungalows) and cancelled my clients bookings by themselves and ask me to pay commission on it. I ve tried to join them with mails but no answer since 2 days! I am really disappointed of their service and si concern  by what s happening to me. 

Please if there is someone who can help me or explain me le something similar already happens To anyone.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
