Booking.com Reservation List

When we review our reservations for the next day we print out the reservation list from booking.com and make sure all the names in our system match the names on the booking.com list to make sure no one was missed.

It is not unusual for a name to be missing for the reservation list for example: Booking # 3896380953 was in our system but it was not on the booking.com list. I checked the booking number in search and found the reservation entry for the customer and then checked the list again but I did not see the customer listed there.

This seems to happen fairly often and it worries me because what if we missed adding a customer to our system and then when checking the customer isn't mentioned on the list and then the customer shows up and we have no room for them.

Could be a mistake on my part but I am wondering what the situation is.

Okay figured it out the name was changed. But how do I know from the reservation page that the name was changed? I could only tell by the booking # when I went back through to see who was missed and why.
