I'm not sure if anyone have ever contacted Booking support. I would like to get your feedback.
My experiences are very bad. I have an issue with double booking and I tried several times to contact the helpdesk. Sometime I stayed on the phone explaining issue and for more than 1 hour, I was put on hold. Halfway the connection break but they never call me back. On other occassion they listen to you and they said they will call back, again never got a call back.
They can't even transfer the call to other, their answer is very simple "if you nee help then you have to tell your problem", this mean again more than 1 hour on the line and the it start again. On hold and connection break and they never call back
This is very frustrated, I was expecting a good service from a company a Booking with such good reputation.
Any one have the same experience
