When I first signed up with Booking.com I wasn’t familiar with details etc and a guest booked for a time I didn’t want the property let out. I immediately informed him and blocked off the period on my calendar. However he didn’t acknowledge my email. I waited a few days and emailed him again that the property wasn’t available . He still didn’t acknowledge the email and the booking is still on my calendar but I’ll be renovating the property over the winter and it won’t be available . What should I do ?
