Hi! I own stable Solheim which is rented out via you. I wonder if it is possible to be notified 24 hours before the guest's arrival. As it is today, unfortunately, it becomes difficult to administrator. Today I can be notified a few hours before arrival, mvh miriam

That is for you to manage, but if you mean how to limit max advanced reservation time,

i.e. the guest last minute can only book no sooner than 24 hours before arriving ,

then yes you can set that in the calendar - list view ,

using bulk edit tool for a date range or phone BdC Partner Support as per below.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
