We have some bookings that haven't cancelled from booking.com yet.

Are we still going to charge?

Or is it already cancelled?

Please give us reply ASAP.

If not cancelled due to dates or guest hasn't asked.

Decide to reach out and make alternative arrangements directly with guest to prevent cancellation.

Cut out the middle man
