bookings/coronavirus

I am a host in New Zealand and the Coronavirus is starting to take effect. I have had many cancellations for April, leaving only one remaining booking for the 24th. I had not opened my calendar for May. I have bookings for the next week and then a gap 30 days. Government advice is not to travel unless urgent. Everyone arriving to NZ has to self isolation for 14 days although the booking is a New Zealander. Can I can cancel the booking at the end of April without being penalised?

Possibly of relevance - I have health concerns & my son is current in self isolation. The number of coronavirus cases in NZ almost doubled yesterday from the previous day. Thank you
