Hello, for the last week my guest inbox has been saying there is unanswered messages when we have answered all of them. Also there isn't the option 'no need to reply' on any of the messages. Just wondering because it is pushing our answer score down. Any thing that could help would be amazing.

Hello new partner and welcome to the Partner Community.

Yes there is a bug in the messages tab. 

Jenn Community Program Manager has informed us that their BDC team is trying to fix it.  Just a little more patience.
