Calendar didn't sync and got a booking for when I have no availability
I synced with airbnb calendar yesterday, checked, then got a booking last night for a period that is booked with Airbnb! What do I do now? Tried to sync the calendar again but doesn't sync! Please help.
I contacted the guests straight away but how do I cancel without getting penalised?
