calendar not syncing
I have had a double booking,due to my calendar not syncing.

I have spoken with her, how does she get her money back ?
Or can it be transferred to her new booking...this situation is really stressing me out, as its taken me hrs to find a way to communicate with you
She needs to cancel the booking (you cannot do this) and if you get a message about charges need to respond that there be no charges.
Be aware that syncing does not happen in real time.
