Calendar Sync

Hi everyone,

For my property, I tried to integrate Booking calendar with own Website calendar. But I caanot find Sync Calendar button, so it seems my property is not eligible for this.

What I need to do to make it eligible? I read the Helping section but I don't understand what "A property with 20 room types or less, and a maximum of 1 unit per room type." means. Maybe this is the problem. What is 1 unit per room type? Can anyone explain?

Another of the almost daily calendar sync questions ....

Send a message to Booking.com via your extranet and ask them to set up the calendar sync. You will find the link on your calendar page.

Be aware that Booking.com calendar sync does not work properly. It is broken. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it loses all your settings. Booking.com deny there are problems and tell you that calendar sync is a manual process. Always block manually, even if you have calendar sync set up, otherwise you can get double bookings.

In order to have a Sync button in your Extranet, you need to have only 1 "room to sell" of each room type, both in "Room details" and "Rates and availability" tabs.

So, if I have 4 single rooms and 8 double rooms, I have to put sell only one of each?
