Calendar Sync to AriBnb


I've read a lot about booking calendar sync with other calendars, but  I have an issue with the process. In my extranet, I can't find the calendar sync. How can I solve this problem? What should I do ?

So BdC cal sync sucks big time, no really, its not fit for purpose; no real time sync; no trigger on change ; not even remotely that smart.


This is way Channel Managers were invented , a 3rd party service , some free based on type or size or number of room to monthly subscriptions and extra features.


So the basic criteria that will likely be the cause is each room type you define cannot have more than 1 room for inventory.  literally that simple.


So using a CM tool instead removes that limit as it is managing it all and connects to each OTA channel you are partnered with, and act as both golden master calendar and sync master.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
