Can I cancel a reservation ?


I have changed the  cancellation policy for my property today but a guest has made a booking before these changes and I don’t want to rent my house in august with 14 days cancellation  policy 

what can I do ? 
I have informed the guest with a message

  • inform guest or ask to change dates
  • click request cancel, if urgent/.time sensitive choose option 1
  • else option2 then you must wait for guest to click confirm
  • else if 
    • phone partner support
