Can not open dates in Calendar - Channel Provider
My booking.com account is linked to my channel manager but i cannot open dates. They are open in my channel manager but not in booking.com despite being resent several times.
Can someone pls help? I have followed the below steps
1. Go to Rates and Availability > click on Open/close rooms
2. Select dates from which they have AV loaded until the last day (match what they have on smartbnb) - Select all days of the week - Select all their rooms and rates - Action to perform > tick OPEN - Click on the blue button 'Update and Stay here.'
That Channel manager might have limited access by design, contact Partner Support and the CM support.
