Can Owner Cancel Because Of Wrong Price?

Due to an error the rental price of our appartment for July 2022 was shown to be €420 a week rather than the correct price of €840 per week. Two holidaymakers immediately pounced and reserved four weeks involving us in a loss of €1680. The potential guests were contacted by email by us immediately but did not reply. Booking.com is refusing to cancel the bookings. We are now scared to use Booking.com in case the same problem arises again. It could be, for example, that a price of €1000 is shown to be €100 for just 5 minutes but that would be enough to mean a loss of €900. It is not clear at the moment how the incorrect price came to be shown. Has anybody else had this problem?

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Same!!! We had 3 normal booking for our prices, and then somehow people start booking for almost triple cheaper! And also, I can’t see this reservation on extranet, just on puls! Also if you check this dates in Booking.com they are still available! I sent the message to the support team, no answer yet! I’m not even sure if this bookings gonna be paid, cause it’s looks like fake
