Hi, I am host and It happened that a customer nooled my apartment but I am not available to Hans over the keys so Late. What I can do?

I think you are saying 'a customer booked my apartment, but I due to it being a late night check-in I am unable to turn up to hand over the keys'

In this case the smart thing to do assuming there is time, go buy a key lock box with a code on it, mount it somewhere near front door, ideally covered by a camera too.


Then you just message the mthe info on where it is and the code to use.
