Cancel alast minute booking
Hi there i just had a last minute booking for tomorrow however i still have guests in and i wont have enough time to clean and have all the safety mesures for the new guests. I tried to cancel but because the booking is in the next 24 hours it doesn't allow me. Can someone help me sort this out? thanks
You have posted this on the partner forum so we cannot help with this. Contact booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet or give them a call see link for local phone numbers.
Make sure you have your calendar up to date so that guests don't get inconvenienced like this.
