CANCEL LISTING
The Aquila Guest House requests that its listing is cancelled immediately. The SA tourism market closed on 25 March 2020 and is scheduled to open December 2020. We are by law not allowed to have any guests- it is illegal. There are however people who call and even reserve rooms using your platform. With no staff around, I am definitely not going to track reservations and cancel them. Please remove my establishment- time to reflect on way forward.

You have posted this on the partner forum so we are unable to help. You need to email the booking.com help team using the Inbox icon on Extranet. Search on Help for Terminate to look at various options re temporary or permanent closure.
