Warning contacting BdC to cancel a reservation instead of directly dealing with the guest will likely result in you having to pay a relocation invoice for that guest. via BdC.

Did something happen with theguest ? or other?

Are you absolutely sure you want to cancel it?

You can  phone BdC support directly and ask for alternative method, see visual guide below.
