cancel reservation
Good morning, yesterday I received a booking from *** *** *** booking nr ***. Last year I also had this "guest" in my chalet, this did not go well, after his stay there was a huge mess in the chalet there was smoking in ( this is not allowed) there was a vomit smell. We also received serious complaints from the neighbors and the park owner about not following the park rules. I therefore think that the park owner will not allow them to enter the park upon arrival. And would like to ask for problems for the guest and the owner of the park and myself to cancel this reservation. I am willing to pay any costs. Kind regards G. de Vries
