Cancel a reservation

Hello all, 

I would like to cancel a reservation that made yesterday. The apartment would not be available these days. I have already contacted with the visitor and have requested him to cancel the reservation, but he hasn't. How should I proceed?

Hi 

  1. Logon to Extranet
  2. open reservation, message guest of overbooking and it will be cancelled.
  3. now on right pane, click Request To Cancel ,and choose option 2.
  4. guest is notified, and must click on email to confirm.
  5. if prepaid to BdC , then the refund 100% , process starts.

 

If you ask BdC or the guest does, you could end up paying for relocation costs
