cancelation fee

A client asked to cansel and I would like to keep the 50 persent of the canselation fee. Is that possible?

Hi Niki , did you setup a cancel policy with 50% set ?


If yes then the guest just needs to engage their brain and contact Customer Support on the main website to cancel if its too close to the check in date.


If more than 48 hours  away fro mcheck in they can click cancel on their reservation in their account after they logo n.


I know its an easy  thing but people are fundamentally lazy and want it done for them.
