Cancelation help

Hi. Can you please help me. My guest writed me that he canceled, but in my calendar the reservation still stays. Could someone please help me somehow to cancel that reservation

Wait for guest to receive email with action to confirm
Contact booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet or give them a call see link for local phone numbers.
