cancelation of one of my 3 properties

Good morning, please how can I cancel one of my 3 properties? I can not rent this third one anymore. how can I do it? 2 Apartment will stay.

Thanks for reaching out. You can simply remove the availability for the third room if they are all the same. Alternatively, if you need to change this you can do the below. 

It’s easy to change your room or unit type on the Extranet. Just follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Extranet
  2. Click Property, then select either Room details or Property layout
  3. Click Edit under the room or unit you want to change
  4. Under Room type, select the type of room or unit that this is
  5. Select the name that matches it best under Room name
  6. Click Continue

Remember that updating the room or unit type will affect any future reservations. Check the Extranet’s Rates & Availability section to make sure this info is correct.

Generally you need to wait until the last reservation for that room type has passed before you can fully delete it, so remove availability until then and you can delete yourself.
