Cancelation {policy

Hello.

This is Horst Lauer ,Manager from Gracias Inn {***}

I like to have the highlited red Cancelation Button back,so that i can cancel some Customers for myself right away.

for now, if i cancel a Customer then it it means "the Booking is valid until the Customer agreed",but what if he dont react to my cancelation??? So during the Waiting my Room are still occupied from him.I could rent it to someone else.Instead he still block it. {in worse Case until i have to make a no show } that means i and booking.com losing Money. 

for now i have a Customer {***} who ask me on Marc 8 to cancel his Booking.I did,but nothing is happen.I send 2 Mails,but no anser from him anymore.So the Room is occupied until tmrw the 15th.I had many Cases like that already.

this is a Condition i like you to change.

strange,but i complain this couple of Times in d Past,and i got always the red highlited Button back from you,but it will be deactivated after some Time again.again.   

Furthermore when i like to go into my Pulse,then nobody calls me back or send the Code for the activation .

its a Pitty Season is going on slowly,and i need to be updated in both Cases.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
