Cancelation of reservation
Good morning all,
I´m on a booking.com just 5 days and now I have problem with reservation from customer.
In a calendar I didnt change status open/close from 1. january 2021.
Customer made reservation just for 2 days, and this for us is not rentable. :(
May I ask you guys if is some way how to make cancel of reservation?

Go to reservation list , click on their reservation, now on left is pane of options including cancel.

You cannot cancel a booking yourself, the guest has to do it. Best thing to do is email them and apologise and do some investigation of other properties so that you can recommend somewhere else that is similar price, that way the bad news goes down better.
