canceling a guest reservation
booking never informed me the my listing is ready because they asked me for a code which comes thue th mail. i did not recieved it.
the apartment is already rented for the next months
how to cancel the the reservation
If you ask booking.com to do it they will charge you a relocation fee so best to try and do it yourself. Message the guest and apologise and try and suggest some alternatives available in the area. Then go into Reservation and click 'Request to cancel' this messages the guest and they confirm cancellation. If guest does not agree you will have to use booking.com help team, this is partner forum so we cannot do it for you
Also, you need to go into your Calendar and update to Closed so you don't get any more. There is a bulk update process you can use.
