Cancellation before 24 hr problem.

I have problem on cancellation received from the guest from China. I have quarantine from receiving guests and I just got reservation. How can I cancel it ? I need quick response. TY

Maybe you should call your BDC local office and ask them to support you.

This seems a bit ambiguous and no property linked in your profile either . Please link it as it helps us help you.


If I understand right, you received a new reservation from someone based in China region and you do not want to accept it due to the ongoing Coronavirus epidemic in china.


i.e. you want to cancel it and it was not the guest who asked to cancel. right?

On the top of your Extranet there is a notice for how to handle these requests.
