Cancellation

Hi, we got a booking statring 12 July to 19 July on Monday. Some hours before the actual renter asked to stay 2 weeks longer which means that the house can not be rented a second time. We have to cancel this booking. I have sent a message to *** (the renter) to explain the situation but no answer from ***. Could you contact *** to cancel the booking ?

  • Guest original reservation booking July 12-19th  
  • Guest requests 13-14 more nights, so that brings checkout to 2nd august  
  • Why do you need to cancel? do you have other bookings for same place 19th July -2nd august? its unclear   
  • If you have no availability and guest has already agreed to cancel the original booking, then just go ahead and cancel it yourself, directly in the reservation page, click Request to cancel , option2.  
  • Wait for guest then to open it and click confirm

I have to cancel because the villa was rent the day before by an agent to another family
