Hi, we got a booking statring 12 July to 19 July on Monday. Some hours before the actual renter asked to stay 2 weeks longer which means that the house can not be rented a second time. We have to cancel this booking. I have sent a message to *** (the renter) to explain the situation but no answer from ***. Could you contact *** to cancel the booking ?
