Cancellation about pet policy

Hi there.

We let pets to our accomodation upon request. Until now we didn't have any problems but i want to cancel a reservation because a guest want to bring two big dogs. How can i do it.

inform the guest via extranet message
then click request cancel, option 2
wait for guest to click agree/confirm
or phone partnersupport
