Cancellation of a booking
I have tried to cancel a booking that came in today as the people staying want a couple of extra days but I can’t get hold of the person who wanted to book and I don’t seem to be able to contact booking.com who tell me to get hold of customer service

No CS is not for partners only guests.
Those already staying cannot trump a new booking.
So beware if you contact Partner Support with this request by phone to do so, you may end up with a relocation invoice...
so make sure you are prepared to pay for it by doing so.
