Cancellation reservation

Today I had contact with a guest who wanted to stay for one night. That weas not possible. The guest cancelled. Then I immediately blocked this whole week. Within one hour I received a new booking! What went wrong? How can I block a period immediately?

Ah right so what likely happened is there is a delay from when you update the calednar settings t o when they replicate to the live system.


I have seen this mentioned a few times, and it can vary from minutes to even an hour.


It really should not be the case and needs to be resolved by the developers.


Communities Team  could ye look into this and provide some clarification on what causes the delay and how long a change to availability  on extranet should take to show on listing ., thanks
