Cancellation of the reservation
Dear partner,
Can you please cancel reservation number ***. The reservation was made in August 2020. We haven't heard from the guest. I tried to contact them a few times but they haven't responded. I would like this period to be released for someone who really wants to travel and come over.
I hope that you understand this situation and you will react promptly as usual.

Never ever post cancellation requests here, nothing will happen.
While there are 3 methods, the preferred option is to get the guest to cancel it via their own account.
If guest has not replied in a long time then you have no choice but to contact Partner Support to see what they can do.
If needed, Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods.
