Cancellations

Nearly all my summer bookings have been cancelled. I have good reviews. Booking, com are blocking my phone calls and messages to cancelling guests. Is this sabotage of my business legal?

unlikely ,could just be timing of the expiry of personal details, up to 7 days limit after check in date.
best to capture that details as soon as bookings are placed.
