I would like to ask if it is possible to send a message to a guest that has cancelled a reservation? I'm talking about the messaging integrated into the Booking.com portal.

so all you do is open their reservation, scroll to the bottom and send them a message
or is there something you have not said?

Thank you. I see I can enter a message but wasn't sure if ut would get through since googling this issue most posts suggested it wasn't possible. Thank you for the info.
And now that I've tried I'm not sure again. Thenmessage sassed for one guest and an error happened in two other cases. Also I really don't know if the guests are getting the messages or a re they just sitting there never to be read by anyone because of aome specific of the booking.com policy. That's why I'm asking.
the only time your messages will not get sent is when it is 7 days post their check out date.
