a cancelled reservation
*** *** booking n. *** and *** She had to booking made, I called her to clarify, and that time she told me that she was trying to cancel her bookings but did not know how to do it and asked me if I could do it for her.
I have tried numerous methods to do it, but I can't do it.
Could please take her off the reservation overview.
If you wish to varify her cancellation please call her at the phone number ***
Please confirm with me at *** that she has been taken off the reservation overview.

First of all, this is a forum, so no solution can be provided.
Secondly, please erase the details of the guest (name and phone number, really?!)
Lastly, contact partner support from your extranet
Go to Inbox-Booking.com messages-Compose new message
Hope that helps
tell her to logon to her booking.com account and click the reservations then cancel,
failing that simple task she should use the customer service options to contact them to do it for her instead.
failing even that, then resort to , open their reservation , click request cancel and choose option 2.
now wait for guest notified to confirm then it should update to cancelled.
failling that phone partner support
