Cancelled a reservation by mistake
I was reviewing my 3rd party booking and came across one that said was ready to be cancelled do to credit card info. I hit the cancel button before I went into my system to verify the reservation and credit card info were in fact bad. The credit card info WAS updated in SPI but I had already cancelled it in booking.com. now HOW DO I GET THAT RESERVATION BACK?
Best is to contact the office, finance department. If that is not the right one, they will refer you. Can you not find any details of the booking done? It should still sit under reservation and cancelled beside it?
