Cancelling

I have a potential guest who has booked a couple of dates in August which I guess he will cancel nearer the time, for the one that suits.  I've emailed him a couple of times and he hasn't replied as the dates include just one night over the August Bank Holiday which I should have a minimum three night stay policy in place but for some reason he seems to have slipped through.  Obviously this will be a prime booking time and I'm not sure how he has managed to book just one night.  I can't seem to find a way of cancelling.

Do I just need to suck it up and wait and see what happens, learning a lesson for next year?

Hi Janet,

Go ahead and cancel them as they are not the minimum 3 nights. Dont wait.

To do this message or phone Partner Support , explain the situation and have them also review your setup to make sure the min 3 night is correctly set in the Rate plan and or adhoc dates in the calendar
