  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other

Hello, if you are in contact still with the previous owner, you can ask them to contact Booking.com to end their contract; if there are forward bookings on the books, you may need to liaise with Booking.com (or have the previous owner manage on your behalf, while the contract is still active in their name) to cancel or relocate these bookings.

Kind regards,

Jarratt

Ok here is where asking the right question gets to the right next step....

VJEKA BACH as you only bought the property to use and not to transfer and operate as a business rental from former owner... YOU , are not responsible for future bookings already made and not cancelled by him/her.

and like you said -" I am not planning to rent it." ; therefore you are not responsible for the former owners commitments.... and you can simply ignore this and did not even need to post it.

Should it be that  the previous owner failed to ' end his partnership" and did not cancel all future bookings, should someone turn up on your door step while you live there going forward,

you do not owe them anything, and can simply turn them away and tell them to ring customer service for BdC and let them sort out the mess, that is not yours.

It should be understood that you have no legal or official responsibilities to BdC nor  Guests.

Kind Regards
