Cancelling bookings



I am new to Booking.com and I have had to cancel bookings due to not cancelling it out of the calendar. How do i go about getting a refund for these people?

I also would like to ask how do I find a 4 digit pin code to get through to customer service. 

Any help would be much appreciated since I find it hard to get to customer service.

  1. If you triggered the cancellation via their reservation page options , then thats all you need to do.
  2. DO not attempt to use CS contact info that is for guests only. Only use partner support details. see below.
  3. Only guests are asked for pin when they contact CS team (again CS  is not for partners)
