How do we unaccept a booking made by bookings.com ?

How do we let them know 5 days minimum in July and 7 days minimum booking in December?

So important reminder the How It Works Videos and info, all tell you that once the calendar shows availability (your responsibility to manage), that guest can book and auto confirmed.


Several have made this mistake or assumption. Youre not the first.


Having said that, there are ways to do it.


  • First we need to make sure or fix the calendar -List view for those date ranges have the Rate Plan edited .
  • So open it up, set the date range.
  • Expand the room type, then the Rate Plans.
  • You want to look for Min length of Stay, this typically will default to the min nights from the Rate plan (up to max 7 night).
  • But this method lets you set the min length of stay longer too if needed. and handy for ad-hoc days of the week or specific dates and date ranges.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
