Cancelling a double booking
We took a booking for our property yesterday but before we could update our calendar a second booking for the same week came in through booking.com
We want to cancel the reservation with booking.com and have tried to contact the guest to explain the situation but hey are not responding. The booking is for August
What can we do ?
No problem , simply open it , use the message feature at bottom of it to notify them of zero availability for those dates and provide the next closest dates available .
Say you will initiate the cancellation and they will received a second notification to click on to complete the procedure.
Once they do the system will update to cancelled
If they do not respond within 3-5 days, contact BdC Partner Support
