Cancelling a guest booking due to Coronavirus
I have a guest booking which I want to cancel as we are closed. I've sent him 4 messages and requested to cancel the booking. He has not replied.
How do I cancel the booking? I don't want him turning up and being charged when we are closed!

That is really difficult when they won't respond to messages. Have you tried to give him a call? You have posted this on the partner forum so we cannot help with cancelling this. It is better if you do it yourself as booking.com will charge a Relocation Fee
If you need to contact booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet or give them a call see link for local phone numbers.
Thanks, Sharon, yes sadly he gave an incorrect phone number so I couldn't get through to him.
