Cancelling a reservation
Dear booking.com
I am the owner of property #***. I have a reservation # *** that I wish to cancel due to lack of guaranteeing deposit. I have requested to cancel the booking through the available option long time ago but I am not receiving any response - also not from the client despite several messages
Please assist in cancelling this booking to free the space
