Cancelling a reservation

Hello, everyone. My cleaning lady will be on vacation on the end of April and I have a booking for when she will be absent. I’ve asked the guest to cancel the booking but he might not even read the message. Can I cancel the booking? The booking is recent, it was made an hour ago. Nuno.

Hi

Yes you can cancel but would be better to discuss with guest and move the dates or credit for another time.
if guest cant change dates, then and you cancel you are likely going to pay a relocation invoice.

phone partner support immediately if you wont contact guest first.
