canclelation of a reservation

I need your help. My mother who runs our house is in the hospital and she can't handle our next reservation ( 28th of July ) I contacted the people who made the reservation and they want you to inform them for what to do. Because I'm her son and I don't know much about how this works I told a friend who has a hotel to cancel the reservation and he said that he did, but our visitors told me that you haven't contacted them yet. Please help me the date of arrival is closing in and we can't take them

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
