Cant log into Extranet
Hi Folks
Is there something wrong with logging into the Extranet ? I logged in about 30 minutes ago but now it says it dont recognise my user-name (my email address) and I cant log in. It says there is no account with that email address but when I check b.com online...my B&B is bookable.

I have this problem now - get this up every time i try: "We got a 500 (Internal Server Error) status code for your request"
That's exactly what I'm getting and it's happening again today. I've waited over an hour to get access to the extranet today.
Irritating - now i am in again, and nowhere to actually call to get help...

Hi Guys, just joined as a host, and whilst the customer website is fine, the admin for hosts is just terrible, times out half the time, takes forever to do anything, lots of different errors, I don't have the time to try and get it to work, is this a common issue, have tried multiple browsers. Cheers
